RE-SCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

We are more than willing to assist you in adjusting or cancelling your appointments provided that you do so at least 12 hours before the originally scheduled time of service. Any changes made within this 12-hour period will result in a $30 fee. You may manage these alterations via the link in your confirmation email, or by reaching out to us at 310.504.0066 during our normal working hours.

LATE ARRIVALS

We courteously request that all clients ensure they arrive no more than 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time. Latecomers will be charged a fee of $30, and their appointment will be cancelled.

NO-SHOWS

Clients who fail to attend their appointment and do not provide prior notice will be charged the entire cost of the service.
